We are registered in Nigeria under CAC registration number 9679363, with our registered address at 023, Baba Impossible Street, Kundila, Tarauni, Kano, Nigeria.

- Contact form: name, email address, and message content, submitted when you use the contact form on the Site.
- Chat assistant: messages you type into the on-site chat assistant, which are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response.
- Direct communication: any information you share via email or Instagram direct message when you reach out to us.
Data collected automatically
- Approximate location: we use a third-party IP lookup service (ipapi.co) to infer your approximate country/region for the purpose of tailoring content. This does not identify you personally.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form or chat assistant.
- To send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your message.
- To maintain an internal record of leads and enquiries (stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us).
- To tailor on-site content based on approximate location.
- To maintain the security, performance, and proper functioning of the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (submitting the contact form or chat message), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, securing the Site, improving our services), and legal obligation where relevant. Under the NDPA, we process personal data on the basis of consent and legitimate business interest necessary to respond to and fulfil your request.
4. Third Parties We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following processors solely to operate the Site and deliver our services:
- Google (Sheets/Cloud APIs): contact form submissions (name, email, message, timestamp) are stored in a private Google Sheet for lead tracking.
- Google Gemini API: messages you send to the on-site chat assistant are transmitted to Google's generative AI service to produce a response. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Resend: our email delivery provider, used to send confirmation and notification emails triggered by the contact form.
- ipapi.co: receives your IP address to return an approximate location.
- Hosting/CDN provider: processes standard technical data (IP, request logs) to serve the Site.
- Google Fonts: loads web font files; your browser may connect to Google's servers to fetch them.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and may be located outside Nigeria, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the relevant provider's standard contractual safeguards.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Chat assistant conversations are not permanently stored by us beyond the active browser session, though messages are transiently processed by Google's API to generate a response.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
